    As an established client I called them for emergency services regarding my toy poodle that had just been attacked by a coyote. I had not brought him specifically to this clinic but I have brought countless other pets into the clinic and have always been happy to pay my bill at the time of service regardless of the amount. I have referred countless of my clients to this clinic. Their response when my pet needed their care was to deny him because he specifically hadnt been to see them even though I am an existing client with multiple other pets. Its absolutely absurd to turn away an existing clients pet because you havent seen them yet when its a life or death situation. Thankfully after wasting over an hour of time while my dog suffered trying to find someone, we did find someone to see him and hopefully he makes it. But the lack of compassion and care provided by the clinic staff we spoke to was ridiculous. I will not recommend this clinic again to anyone and I will not return with any of my pets. Such a disappointment because I thought this clinic was top tier.
