      We hired Silt Fence LLC for installing silt fence for construction site. We sent them copy of the survey, Erosion control drawing etc. After reviewing the drawing , they sent a bid. On the bid, or any other communication, they didn't ask about marking the line. The survey has all boundaries measured and documented. After installing, they claimed , they installed over 500 feet. Their bid was for 70 feet. They didn,t ask any permission for making that drastic changes. When we inspected the site, we realized, on one side of the property, they installed over 15 feet inside from the property line. When we asked to correct that, the are demanded more money and we decided not to pay them any more. This company is unprofessional. No idea of how to bid a job. They are not even ready to correct their job mistakes. None of their communication mentioned that , they need property line marked. Becuse, if that is the case, they could tell us and wait for property boundary survey done. They don't have no basic idea of how to find a property boundary pin, which was already there. Even when they went there, if they had question. They didn't contact. Very unprofessional rip off company. We do not recommend to anyone.

      I will agree to a billing adjustment and meet him in the middle. I believe that when he excepted the bid he knew there was way more then 70 ft of fencing needed. Especially with as many homes he has 

      built. I feel like he should have reached out and asked some questions. Obviously it was an error on my part, he should have been contacted immediately about the extra footage.

      Our guys did contact ***** on there way to the job, so he was aware that they were coming to do the job. 

      This is defiantly an issue we want to resolve.
