Beware of ill trained technicians that don't kknow what they're doing and a company that causes damage to your property and then does not own responsibility for their actions. Arborilogical Services sent a technician out to fertilize and he used an aeration process that punctured all my drip lines in two sides of the house. They came out and fixed some of the damage they did on one side of the house but then refused to come out and repair the rest of the damage on the other side. My regular irrigation company said they see this damage often and that our PVC pipes had holes punctured in them consistent with the damage being caused by the area being aerated. I'm angry they did not do a better job of training their technician and that they refused to repair all of the damage they caused. They cost me quite a bit of money to have their damage repaired. Do not use this company - poor management and not professional!

Dear *** *.,We apologize for not living up to your expectations. We have been fertilizing your trees since 2019 and we do appreciate your years of business. Please know all of our technicians are well trained, and we have had several different technicians at your property since initiation of your fertilization program in 2019. This particular technician returned to your property to fertilize in February of this year and tried to avoid any damage, as you previously noted with us on a phone call that your yard is predominantly drip irrigation as required by your HOA, which often leaks. After this particular application in February, you informed us of potential leaks, and as a courtesy we scheduled a time that worked for your schedule to meet our staff and repair the leaks. Our management does take these issues seriously and while we attempt to do everything we can do make the situation right, our estimate does state clearly that we are not responsible for any underground lines or utilities, as we cannot reasonably know their location underground and avoid them. However, as an act of good faith, we repaired all leaks found, including two that were not near the trees fertilized and explained what we repaired and found before exiting the property. At the time, it was agreed that the repairs were sufficient. We received your phone communication last week, approximately eight months after the repairs had taken place and at the end of the growing season to hold us accountable for more leaks. We hope you understand that we are not responsible for underground leaks and we made every effort to resolve the problem when it occurred in February. We apologize again if we let you down but we did not find this request to be something we can reasonably assist with at this time.Respectfully,Arborilogical Services Management
