2 starsOur bathroom flooded into our hall in December 2023. By January we had contacted Fire and Water Restoration. It wasn't until MAY that they actually started working on our house. 5 months. Once they did start working, it took almost three months to complete, yet of the many days I stopped by our house for one thing or another, there was no one working there. It seems as if they waited, and then did it all in the last couple weeks. Upon completion, they asked us to sign a form of satisfaction. We pointed out several things we were not satisfied with, which they promised to fix, so we signed. They didn't fix the things. I have pictures. They promised upon unpacking to put everything back as it was. They did not. I have pictures.They promised us they would work out billing disputes with our insurance, who had agreed to pay less than the company wanted- so we pushed forward, assuming they would keep their word. In December 2024, out of nowhere, we got a bill for $22,000 with threat that they would put a lien on our house if we didn't pay up. They said they would help us recover the money from insurance. No such effort has been made.I would not use this company again.Review fromPaula K

They are amazing. You couldn't ask for a more professional contractor who cares for his customers. My house was completely flooded and had to have the whole package - new floor, carpet, **********. When I called them they with at my house within ***** minutes and placed numerous fans to get rid of the water. They have their own showroom where I was able to pick out the floor and carpet. The granite in the kitchen was originally installed incorrectly and broke when they were removing my kitchen cabinets. They had samples of granite to choose from and took me to the granite place to make sure I was happy with my selection. They took numerous pictures and put back everything exactly like it had been - furniture, pictures, contents of my kitchen cabinets, pantry, closets, book shelves, etc. It's like a brand new house!! As far as I'm concerned "they walk on water" - a 5 rating!
