    The original BBB email was sent to our spam email and we did not know about it until we received a phone call from the BBB notifying us 30 days later.  We were taken aback by the compliant since it was the first time we heard about this.  We looked through our records trying to find any evidence of the customer ever reaching out to us.  We have no record of the customer contacting us by phone, email, or text message. We proceeded to call her twice with the number she listed on the complaint.  She did not respond to our calls and her phone did not allow us to leave her a voicemail.  We then emailed her stating we didn't have any record of her contacting us and specifically asked what number she used to contact us. We stated in the email to her that we would be happy to refund her money if there was an issue with the product. She responded to our email and stated she already received a refund via a credit card chargeback and did not provide the phone number she is claiming to have contacted us through.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. 

    my credit card successfully processed a refund. i did NOT hear from Little House Customs despite numerous calls and email until my refund was credited to my credit card account and ********************** was contacted by BBB. BBB contacted them with the same info/cell phone # that I provided both Little House Customs and BBB. Their denying I ever contacted them is false. They called twice on May 16, 2024 and failed to leave a voice message either time. That's the one and only time they contacted me.  My cell phone is perfectly set up for voicemails.  I am grateful for the actions of both my credit card company and the BBB for resolving this issue. Without intervention from both, I would still be waiting to hear from Little House Customs to resolve this issue.
