If I could give a lower rating I would. My project started over a year ago. I received a bid for 14k to level and support my foundation. ***** was due prior to commencement of the project In our contract agreement, Rhino Foundation was to secure a building permit and engineering drawings, neither of these happened before they started jacking the foundation. Upon commencement of the project, which was delayed by months, the team collapsed one of the support pillars holding up the cabin. Worked stopped immediately, with the owner coming to inspect the damage. In an attempt to correct the damage to the column the owner, **** cut all of the remaining foundation straps that were holding the outside wall of the cabin to the foundation columns. The problem went from bad to worse. Unfortunately, I had to engage an attorney due to the lack responsiveness and accountability. Finally, **** did respond. Not wanting to go through the headache of litigation I negotiated the next best thing, a beam running the expanse of the cabin, approximately 30 ft which required 5 smart Jacks. After another cluster in which the installers incorrectly put in the jacks ( not even perpendicular) a second team installed the jacks and welded the steel anchors back in place. I paid ***** for steel support jacks which they took back after not using but will not refund a ***** for the difference between the work I originally paid for and the end product. I am also reporting this to the BBB.
