    Today received an unsolicited refill of Keto ACV gummies (customer # ***). I also received an additional order last month which I did not order and could not cancel at the time due to illness.I expect to receive a refund ASAP. I am 82 years old, live on a fixed income and certainly cannot afford to pay something I did not order. Thank you, *************************

    Charged $239.99 without permission from my bank twice. They stole my information and charged my account without permission.

    In response to your complaints with ID numbers ******** and ********, please know that you have contacted the wrong company. The address is ours, but our company name is Regenix. We are ************** that has been in business for over 30 years. We do not sell products that are mentioned and the prices that are noted do not correlate to anything we sell. Additionally, neither of the complainants are in our client database.


    The company you want to reach is called Health Regenix - www.healthregenix.com. Their website does not come up in web searches, but ours does, being a legitimate company. This creates confusion as they have a similar name, but we are not affiliated in any way. We only became aware of them when we began receiving a flood of complaints about their sales and business practices .We get many complaints from people who feel they have been scammed.


    Please cancel the complaints associated with us. If you require any additional information, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. Our business hours are Mon-Fri from 9a-5p PDT and on Saturday from 9a-1p PDT.
