    In response to the complaints with ID numbers ******** and ********, please know that you have contacted the wrong company. The address is ours, but our company name is Regenix. We are ************** that has been in business for over 30 years. We do not sell products that are mentioned and the prices that are noted do not correlate to anything we sell. Additionally, neither of the complainants are in our client database.

    The company you want to reach is called Health Regenix - www.healthregenix.com. Their website does not come up in web searches, but ours does, being a legitimate company. This creates confusion as they have a similar name, but we are not affiliated in any way. We only became aware of them when we began receiving a flood of complaints about their sales and business practices. We regularly get many complaints from people who feel they have been scammed by this company.

    Please cancel these complaints that have been incorrectly associated with us. If you require any additional information, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. Our business hours are Mon-Fri from 9a-5p PDT and on Saturday from 9a-1p PDT.

    We regret any inconvenience that the customer has experienced, and we assure you that we are doing everything possible to resolve their complaint.  We take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed. 

    As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund of $239.99 for the last order of Rejuvazen CBD Gummy. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.
