    2ND TIME SCAMMERS and UPSELLERS. INJECTED ME IN AREAS I DID NOT APPROVE. DID NOT DISCUSS PRICE AND KNEW I WAS ON A BUDGET. BOUGHT 40 UNTIS FOR MY FOREHEAD AND NECK, HE UPSOLD ME 4 MORE UNITS, DID MY NECK THEN DENIED I ASKED FOR MY FOREHEAD. THEN UPSOLD ME AN EXTRA 10 UNITS. DID NOT REALIZE UNTIL I GOT HOME I WAS OVERCHARGED $100, THEY SAID THEY USED 10 UNITS IN MY FOREHEAD AND 10 UNITS IN MY 11 LINES. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I ASKED IF THEY COULD REFUND ME AND THEY LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE SAYING I APPROVED AN EXTRA 10 UNITS IN MY 11 LINES. I TOLD HIM THOSE DID NOT BOTHER ME. CALLED *** ***, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. MADE ME WAIT 4 DAYS BEFORE LOOKING INTO THIS. ***** THE INJECTOR CALLED ME, TOLD ME I APPROVED AN EXTRA 20 UNITS WHICH I WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THE RESULTS IF THIS WERE THE ***** SWORE AT ME AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE. MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE!!!! AND MY FOREHEAD AND NECK LOOK THE EXACT SAME. IT WOULD FEEL LIKE HE WAS 'POKING' ME SOMETIMES AND OTHERS IT WAS LIKE HE WAS FAKING IT. HORRIBLE RESULTS, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OWNERSHIP. I HAVE BEEN GETTING ***** FOR 25+ YEARS AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR NO RESULTS! MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE!
