    On 07/24 I took my 99 Toyota Rav4 to Tanners because my vehicle was overheating. I took my vehicle to Tanners because I had faith that they were specialized in the field and would be able to provide me quality services. They call me the day of to explain to me what was going on and how much the repairs would cost me, I agreed to the repairs as I remind them about my upcoming trip to Las Vegas. The following day I receive a call letting me know that my car is ready to be picked up and in proper working order. I ask if they can run a secondary pressure test to make sure that there were no hidden coolant leaks or anything they accidentally missed. The test allegedly passed. I once again remind them about my upcoming trip and how I could not afford to be left stranded. On Thur 07/25 I picked up my vehicle and purchased their services at a grand total of $664 the following day on Fri 07/26 I started making my way to Las Vegas with no concerns on my cars reliability. Roughly an hour into my road trip my engine temperature gauge started to rise higher and higher, I was forced to pull over and wait about an hour in order for the engine to cool off. Once cooled I open the radiator cap I discover that there is no coolant in the system. I add water and continue on my trip, repeating the process multiple times which lead me to be late to my business meeting. On my way back I was left stranded in the city of St. George. I was forced to hire a tow truck to haul me and my vehicle back home. A grand total of $1,650 that I had to pay out of pocket. Once back I decided to visit Tanners Radiator to discuss my issue and potentially discuss a solution. I was received with instant denial and zero accountability. The shop owner proceeded to become increasingly angry with me and he even threaten to get me arrested and trespassed. My car is still broken and I am currently $2314 in debt. I am requesting a full reimbursement
