The refinance was smooth as always. This is the third time we have used Simplify Home Loans for a refinance and each time the transaction was professional, well done and very smooth. Do not work with these people!I had the misfortune of working with this company, The process took longer than ever and it cost me as interest rates continued to rise. I had to jump through multiple hoops numerous times. They are constantly late, their communication is terrible, and they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. I ended up paying for their mistakes, and I was left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.If you are looking for a reliable and professional company, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this one. They lack understanding, courtesy, and professionalism. Save your sanity and money elsewhere.Simplify Home Loans, LLC
