      Clean place, its cold season and my moms high risk working for the ******************* so its really important. All your staff used very clean, professional language with a great tone with me coming in yesterday. They explained the process very detailed and clear. Im an ambassador for bucked, Im a model, Im former professional call of duty player, Im 64 and I have been a customer for many many years. Thankyou Manager ***************************** for treating me kindly as an athletic tall guy thats a suicide attempt survivor. Your reps are doing so great! Im excited to use this service in **** while I build my god tier physique. :)

      This business is a total scam!! I tried to cancel a membership with them and they ended charging my cc $95 that they would not refund because it's their "policy" not to do refunds. These people should not be able to take advantage of their customers.

      Dont trust this company! They told me when I signed up that they would put my account in freeze mode and only $5 would come out each month that I could use on lotions and things, and to just let them know when I wanted it unfrozen. They lied! They still continued to pull $60 out of my card each month anyway. When I contacted customer service they refused to give me a refund because its against company policy.

      I have gone here a few times over the years and it is the same pushy customer service that is scripted. ******************** is a ***** of a business. They have been taking my money on a freeze account, up to $200 that was supposed to go to my account when I unfreeze it. They told me I couldnt use it and that it could only be used for freezing and unfreezing and proceeded to say they needed my card on file and charged me another $70 that was unauthorized. They said my credit of $200 could only be used to freeze and unfreeze the account. (Why would I pay money for that?!) I have used my freeze money before for membership. They took my money and wouldn't let me use and then charged me more when I was there without telling me. I called to dispute it and they said they would give it to me in credit to use towards products and to freeze the account. HELLO I DON'T need either!
