I came in to there location on Saturday July 8th around 11:30 am. I called ahead of time and they said they had an open bay and could get me right in. I dropped my car off and left to get some food figuring it would be done when we got back. I was with my 6 year old son. We got back and still wasn’t done. No one talked to us for almost two hours… than I get an apology saying that it takes a long time to do my car due to a skid plate. However they lied it was still outside in line while they changed other peoples oil who can in way after me. Than finally I see them take my car back. And they took the skid plate off in less then ten minutes. I was watching from the window as two workers sat there with my engine open and through screws at one another right in front of my exposed engine. Than when it was done they told me it has all these issues that it doesn’t have and there excuse for taking forever almost four hours was my skid plate. My special needs son and I sat there for hours with no communication or help. When I called today to talk to the Manager he treated me like I was a liar. He told me I wasn’t there for four hours which I left at around 3 and got there around 1130 That’s almost four hours!!! Than he tells me that I had no reason to complain since I didn’t spent that much money. My bill was 140.00 and I am a single mom that was a lot of money and time wasted in a shot to get treated like crap especially with my special needs soon… and the manager just made me feel even worse and like I was some how lower of a person than him.
