    Work on driveway, stairs and two patios started w half payment up front on 2/29/24. Last payment was 3/14/24 based on guarantee that a few things still to be done would be done. Many many broken appointments and emails later the follow still remain undone: touch up footprints because wet area was not taped; paint where a crack was repaired, paint where pushing paint can on surfaces created scratch/metal lines on surfaces; finish final coats on back patio where some places were skipped, finish final coats on front steps where work needed to be finished to cover later work and match to rest
    Worst problem is now: where patches in concrete on driveway were repair, the repairs are not holding and cracks are reappearing. On the ( expensive) quartz epoxy coating on the stairs cracks are showing. I was told the work would last at least 30 years.
    Owner has her money and will not show up to complete work. She did repair the lawn she burned w product, but did not replace pot pottery dish she broke moving pots back onto porch.
    She twice asked for money before contract agreement and I helped but has simply not responded to complete and/o repair her work, except for four pieces of tile work we agreed to.
    She left, for months, all sorts of empty cans, tools, paint in yard until I moved it out front for her to pick up. Every time I contact her she reassures me she will do it. But she never does.
    I have asked for paint source, colored info thinking I would touch up scratches and footprints but she always says she will do it, when and if she responds at all.
