    The employees that work at this business are rude. They offer a rewards program in which they don't honor. They make excuses for not giving you your fuel point rewards at their ****************** station and convenience store to make things worse.

    Dear Better Business Bureau:

    This is in regards to the complaint received by you by ***********************  I regret that ********************** had unpleasurable experience and our fuel rewards program did not meet his expectations.  Unfortunately, that is the case of dealing with computer software or hardware.  We strive to not make it the normal, but sadly, it happens on rare occasions.

    ********************** has already reached out to our customer service team about the incident and per my research into the incident.  The customers challenges were recognized and for bringing the issue to Clarks Markets concern was awarded a gift card for his troubles.  In addition, employees that were involved with the customer were coached in the issue that ********************** had and how to handle it.

    Clarks Market fuel program is a program that hundreds of people use in our small town without incident.  We pride ourselves on being a small store that, when given the opportunity, is very caring about the customer.  Thank you for the opportunity to reply.
