    I placed an order with Lions Not Sheep and have yet to receive it. I have emailed their customer support multiple times during this time for a status update and have also called to no avail, I left messages until their voicemailbox became full. So I checked out their Facebook site, Lions Not Sheep, where I saw the company still regularly posts, advertising their apparel. Under these recent posts, many have commented of not receiving their orders as well, some even 6 to 7 months of not receiving the orders without any customer service feedback. So I also commented in hopes to get someone's attention. And I did. The owner, Sean W*****, laughed at my comments as you can see in the pictures. So I privately messaged him expressing my disappointment in the company and how I'd either appreciate my order canceled and a refund or to make it right and ship out the order. His response was only "Yes." When attempting to get a better response, I was ignored. Then blocked. Terrible customer service. Either this company went belly up or they're thieving from consumers. Either way, it needs looked into.

    I ordered A hoodie on 9/2/23. I received an email on 9/11/23 saying my hoodie had shipped. I emailed them on 9/25 saying I still haven’t received my hoodie and asked if someone could track it please. No response. I called them
    On 9/28/23 and got a VM, which I left a message. No response.
    The tracking number doesn’t work that they sent in the email on 9/11/23.
    I left multiple reviews on Facebook, to which the FB page lions not sheep laughed at.
    I would like a refund of my money. I asked them for a refund on my voice message that they never responded to. I have proof of my attempts to contact them with no response from them.

    Placed an order on September 11, 2023. As of September 27, 2023, my order has not shipped with numerous attempts at reaching someone from customer service. The phone number listed on their website goes unanswered and there has been no response to my multiple emails. Their shipping policy states that orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

    I had purchased several shirts and a hoodie from LionsNotSheep in January. I recieved the articles of clothing and a couple shirts did not fit. So I reached out to the company and they responded with return/exchange information. So I followed as instructed and paid for shipping with a tracking number and sent the 2 shirts back to them for exchange. I didn't want money back just wanted different sizes. I emailed them back with the tracking number and details for exchange which I also wrote on the receipt inside the box. The package was delivered on February 10th and I reached out again telling them it had arrived. Then I proceeded to email them multiple times asking for updates or anything. I recieved no response from them. Now it has been 7 days with no response, had to pay for my own shipping and the have not contacted me at all with any information. I cannot ask for money back or new shirt because they will not respond.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is somewhat acceptable but should have never led to this in the first place. After seeing this has happened several times in the past, I feel as if they need to change their system to better compensate the paying customer
