  Worst carpet experience of my life. We just built a home and worked with *******, at first everything was fine but things started going wrong. They kept delaying the installation and once it was installed we noticed they did a horrible job and damaged our new walnut cabinets or any wood anywhere that met the carpet. There were holes in random places and then they glued random patches to try to cover it up. Some of the carpets didnt line up or just looked horrible. The patterns are off, and the carpet on the stairs is falling apart on the edges. Once I told her about all of the issues she sent her husband to check on the work their contractors did. He advised me it was a good job and he couldnt have done any better than the guys he sent. At one point he sent another carpet contractor they used to try and convince me nothing was wrong but it backfired because he confirmed the carpet install was done horribly. He advised he would have to redo the whole job to get it right. I told ******* and **** what the contractor said to me but he pretended he couldnt see anything wrong and kept gaslighting me. He even tried talking to my husband when I wouldnt agree with him, thinking my husband would have a different answer. After a lot of discussions back and forth, **** and ******* then promised to fix everything and make a claim through their insurance. I havent heard from them in months. We owe them a small portion of the total amount but I refused to pay it until they fixed everything. He offered me a tiny discount that wouldnt even cover all the repairs. Nothing was ever fixed. Ive tried texting, calling, and emailing. I have text conversations and email proof of everything weve ever discussed. Im guessing they would just rather not have me pay what I owe because it would cost them more to fix everything. I just hope this never happens to anyone else. I will post text convos and emails once I screenshot them.

  This has gone for over a year. She is not happy with the pattern carpet was installed. But when doing this type of pattern there is no other way. Out of the name of customer service, I offered to replace her carpet with another pattern. The roll of carpet has been siting in the warehouse for over 6 months. The only thing I asked was to pay 50% of the remaining balance and then the theater carpet would be installed and then the other 50%. Upon this request, she found new reasons not to pay and of course has not paid to date.
