      I sent back a ring (order #*******) for exchange despite the return label having expired.Made by Mary rejected the return and provided no explanation.I have sent multiple emails, attempted website chat, and reached out on Instagramreceived no response.I am requesting a refund for the item I returned in good faith.This has been the worst customer service experiencecompletely unresponsive.

      Absolutely horrible place, they do not stay up to standard on anything they do not have fire extinguishers or any plans in case of emergency. They let dust all over the warehouse and pump gas through the heaters without testing air quality. Absolutely horrible conditions and thats not even getting into the abuse youll endure from the CEO herself.

      I was charged $9.95 for expedited shipping. Not only was it not expedited, we had to come to their warehouse between the hours of 8-4 to pick it up. There was NO convenience in this purchase and I would like the charge for shipping be returned to me. I asked for my money back on the shipping due to there was no shipping.

      I bought a necklace online about a month ago and the necklace tangled literally after wearing it 2 times. I followed the instructions they said online to untangle and reached out to their customer service team but basically said it was my fault for not being able to untangle it on my own. I reached out to exchange my faulty necklace or receive a refund and they basically said it was my fault (not their product). They deliberately hide low reviews on their site (as this seems to be a common issue) and they charge for a product that deliberately breaks all the time.
