      YardPro inconsiderate to neighbors. Blew clippings into our yard & onto sidewalk in front of our yard. Had to go over several times with my blower as they were trying to blow my way. They finally got the hint. This yr their riding mower they would swing into our yard to get the property line. They broke a sprinkler & just drove off. We contacted property owner for the number of Bill @YardPro. Sent him pictures of the ********* said he would send someone. 1st they didn't contact us when this damaged our property, then the crew came back & didn't stop when they saw us digging up water lines. They couldn't get out of neighborhood quick enough. We put up a picket fence to prevent them coming into our yard at our expense. The sprinkler was 12" inside our property line. Never got an apology, they never offered to pay for the sprinkler fix. Nothing. My partner is 74 and a disabled Vietnam vet. I am 69. We had to redo cuz an inconsiderate company doesn't care about the job they do, nor the image they portray. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY

      Hired this company to do our lawn care this year. First of all, you can never speak to a Representative/Owner of this company. I made my arrangement all online to start in May. At first, they seemed to be doing a good job, although they are (too fast) in my opinion. They did the edging, weed whacking and mowed the lawn. I have a ramp with pavers and asked (one-time) if they would mind weed whacking around the pavers, which they did. The last service in June, they arrived later than usual and did not weed whack the backyard. Because I was distracted that day, I noticed after they were gone and texted the company that it had not been done. He promptly texted back that they had done other services for us. Not true, we only asked the one-time to weed around the pavers and if that was a problem, they should have said so. I suggested that when they complete a job, their lead man should be sure the job is completed. The owner gave no thought to what I was saying. We then made the decision to end our contract with them, since we had paid through July. We let him know his services would not be required after July. He texted he would return a check to us. It is now July 19th., we cannot get a response from this company on the status of our refund. They do not respond to texts, calls or emails. What a shoddy operation this is. Unfortunately, this creates skepticism when using these companies. We try to handle most of the work ourselves, but due to aging and health concerns we figured we would give this service a try. I'm sure there are some good companies, but this is not one of them. Beware and never pay in advance. Still waiting on refund.

      This review is demanding a "star review," so I had to mark one star just to send this. But it's NO STARS for you, Yard Pro! I tried to contact them four times over four days with no reply. ??????????

      We hired Yard Pro in the summer of 2021 and they did a great job. However, in 2022 we have had nothing but problems and the owner has failed to respond to issues even when photos were sent. The attached photos were taken 3 days after their most recent visit. They missed mowing a large swath of the backyard and left numerous lawnmower circular scalp marks in the ***************** We have tried to talk to the person who does their weed-eating throughout the summer because they scalped the lawn so short between our flagstone that the grass actually died in several areas. Our lawn has never looked so bad. We reached out on Friday and ask the owner to come out and have a look at the condition the lawn was left in and got no response. Today is Monday and we reached out again and received no response. Instead we received a refund via Venmo canceling their services for the remainder of the season (that was pre-paid). This is honestly the most unprofessional customer service we have ever dealt with and weve had our lawn maintained for over 16 years. Do yourself a favor and find another landscape maintenance company. This place shouldnt even be in business! They do not care about their customers and their new crew does terrible work.
