      I recently decided to purchase a full set of vinyl windows for my home in ******, ****, and I couldnt be happier with my choice to go with Salt Lake Window Company. They were not only the best priced, but the owner personally came out to measure the windows in my home since I'm older, live alone, and wasn't able to do it on my own. It's the level of service that is hard to find these days!He suggested a specific type of window from Amsco Windows, a local manufacturer here in **** called ************ windows have significantly decreased my monthly energy costs. During the summer, my home stays much cooler, and in the winter, it retains heat much better than before.I'd absolutely recommend ********* Window for their excellent service, great pricing, and high quality products. I absolutely love my new windows, and I am thrilled with the overall experience. If youre in the market for new windows, look no further!

      I was forced to use this company because it's who my builder hired. I have found their work to be shoddy. During repairs to their own work, they damage things and sneak out without even telling you. You make appointments and they do not show. Appointments with the head of the company. Repeatedly. Not once. Not twice. I mean more than five times. And when ********************* (owner) does not show, he goes underground and he doesn't respond to texts. He disappears until he wants to resurface. This company is not responsive, not responsible, does not provide quality work. This is not a reliable or trustworthy company and we will be discussing with the builder, at the corporate level, to drop this company as it's damaging the builder's reputation. And Salt Lake Window Company does NOT care.
