      I purchased three dresses online by Jessakae totaling $786.00 and Never received my items although they were hold at the USPS post office in Roxbury Mass.
      A Customer Représentative by the name of Mallory made me believe that I would be refunded the full amount after I got a police report and notified the USPS by filing a claim and going to the post office 3 times last week. I have been calling the company for several days and I am unable to reach anyone. The USPS has stated the dresses were delivered when they were not at all. I am frustrated and disappointed. I can Not afford to lose almost $800 dollars. Mallory subtly mentioned that since i didn’t purchase $8.00 delivery insurance, that I may be unable to get a full refund or store credit. I feel cheated out of almost $1000.00. Could someone at the BBB Please help me. I’d like a refund or At least a store credit. This is all so Horrible! Thank you

      ??I emailed Jessakae on to ask about clarification in sizing 5/31, no response for over 2 weeks. Since I couldnt determine the correct size, even though I know my measurements, I placed an order for two dresses (2 different sizes of the same dress) on 6/16/2023. I did not see any particular text about abnormal return policy. I paid $284.40 total. Order #********* After receiving the dresses I immediately I submitted a return I was given a gift card for store credit and told by customer service that I could not get a refund and that their return policy was clear and that they were a small business. What about me? I am a small person who cant afford to eat this cost? This was a shock to me as I never saw the return policy when I ordered. I went and looked on their site for it after the fact and found it hidden on the dress page under a drop down menu. Every other site I have ordered from has accepted returns, even if I have to pay return shipping. I feel like I have been preyed upon, that they hide their return policy and have a policy that is greatly different from 90.% of stores, how could someone expect to need to go looking for this hidden policy? Also the great majority of the dresses on their site are polyester which I dont buy so its extremely difficult for me to even use the store credit if I wanted to. This was one of the only dresses I was interested in at all. I want a refund of $134.20 for the brand new unworn dress I immediately returned to them in the form of my original payment. I do not plan on ordering from this company again and if this is not resolved I surely will be telling everyone I know not to order.

      I have noticed that bad reviews either get deleted or don't show. Had reviews shown, I could have made a better informed decision. Also, it is well into the 4th quarter and this company has only offered a gift card and not to return money. They have publicly stated that in 4th quarter of 2022 that customers could receive refunds. I have a similar situation to another jessakae customer and the company offered to refund funds to this customer and not a gift card. The items I bought look nothing like the pictures. I myself left a review that was nowhere to be found on the website. It may appear now after writing this review. They leave the positive ones however. This company has deceptive sales practices and I am hoping BBB can assist with getting money refunded in lieu of a gift card. I do not plan to ever shop here again. I would have no use for a gift card. This has got to stop happening. They also seem to change the return dates as well. One return for my most recent purchase says returnable by November 29th and then today it says November 16th for order *********. There are too many discrepancies for me to not be refunded. If not, people should know of the deceptive sales practices.Resolution:: Money back and not a store credit. I am happy to provide BBB with additional pictures and screenshots of missing reviews, and any other examples I find of money being refunded.
