    On November 24, 2023 I purchased a Freeze Dryer along with a cart and several supplies from Prep4Life | DSM Sales & Manufacturing | The Cube Freeze Dryer.

    Their phone number on Prep4Life website is the same customer service phone number for DSM Sales & Manufacturing.

    The moment I received the order on December 27th, 2023 I reached out to them via email (see attached) explaining that the cart they sent me was dented in and unusable because the freeze dryer would not sit level on it. I emailed them several photos of showing them the condition of the cart.

    See attached emails, that I reached out to them on many occasions because I could not reach them via phone call even after the holidays, no one picked up.

    Finally on Wednesday, January 10 I called again and a lady picked up the phone. She had excuses to why they never responded to my emails. She even said, "the only email she sees is the one from last Friday. It was Wednesday the following week, so I am thinking what is your excuse for not getting back to me the past few business days.

    She said on the phone she would talk to a manager and get back to me by end of the day. Here we are two days later since that phone call and still no call back from them or email.

    As I stated on the phone with her that day, all I want at this point is to be reimbursed for the $125.99 for the unstable broken cart because since they did not reply back to me in a timely matter the past few weeks, I had to come up with a plan B to see the Freeze Dryer on.

    I just want the $125.99 reimbursed back to my credit card that I made the purchase on.
