    I've been purchasing products from Anovite for well over a year now and I absolutely love the products. My health was "a mess" before I started and now I finally feel like I'm better than I've ever been. I LOVE working with their customer service and really appreciate their kindness. I can change my order in a snap by phone (or website) in seconds. I wish I had been on these products for as long as the company's been around (30+ years!). Anovite is a rare find!

    After more than a year of using your products, your customer service has proven to be the worst I have seen. I would give negative stars if I could have!!!!We attempted to cancel our subscription via their very unfriendly website as well as called the business directly to do so when we were not successful. We then received a "Your order has been processed" notification and immediately called to say we had cancelled this order. We were told that there was nothing they could do and to just "use the product to promote your business." This is not only insanely presumptuous, it is appalling! They have refused to cancel our order and a refund despite the order having not been shipped until hours after we contacted them. I will not ever promote this company based on their shady and unfair business practices as well as their incredibly offensive customer service and supervisory staff.
