      Freight Tec was hired to transport product from ************* to ****. The product was not properly transported and the all the product had to be replaced. Frieght Tec has taken no responsibility for the total loss. At this point have incurred a loss of the product and fees paid to Freight Tec to transport the product.

      As a freight broker, Freight Tec facilitates transportation by connecting shippers with carriers who are vetted for both safety and insurance compliance. In this case, the carrier involved was selected based on those criteria and held active insurance at the time of booking. While we regret that the carriers insurance denied the claim, it's important to clarify that under federal law, liability for cargo damage rests with the motor carrier, not the broker. However, we understand the impact this situation has had on your business and are continuing to advocate on your behalf where possible. Were also happy to share all documentation related to the carriers insurance and the claim denial for your review.

      Hello Dear, The brokerage company I am filling this report now made a huge problem for my small business. We got a load from them at Dec. 19th of 2022. My driver went to the scale and saw that truck was overloaded (which is not legal). Broker Ms. R*** made a huge problem when my driver went back to the shipping facility asked them nicely if they can load a truck properly. We had a really hard time until they correct it. After that broker add a very ugly comment at Freight guard for my company that result in a future problem to get a load from the other brokerage houses. I am desperate and want it to ask if you can help me in order to remove this comments that were made. Thank you!

      Good morning,

       

      Thank you for reviewing this complaint again. Our information on file for our company was outdated.

       

      We hired Welex Logistics to take a load from OH-GA. The load was overweight, we asked him to go back to the shipper to remove some of the weight so that he could travel legally.

      Driver refused to unload and held this load hostage demanding $400 from our customer which is not company standard, and not what we agreed to.

      We ended up having to pay $250 extortion fee to get this load off the of the drivers truck. Carrier still demanded more money after the freight was removed.

      Driver broke his broker/carrier agreement and signed rate confirmation.
