    I placed an order on 12/02/2024 for the storm 6 ball roller black and lime green with a storm dealer. The dealer gets the same response from storm every two weeks that it will be delayed another two weeks. I called storm and they said it won't be available until mid February but yet they sent the dealer another repsonse saying February 3. I am looking for an actual date for my order because a repeating two week delay with no actual delivery date in sight is unacceptable.

    On 3/6/2022 I purchased a New “Storm Phaze 4 “ bowling ball from my local pro shop. One week later the USBC determined that the ball would be banned from all USBC functions with the exception of league play. At that time I had no other information on what to do with the virtually useless ball which I had just invested $193.72 into. Today, 08/11/2022, I found out that Storm had an exchange program for this and other affected balls which ended on 06/01/2022. I contacted Storm Products and their response was : The exchange program ended on 06/01/2022. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Is there any way that your organization would be able to help in this situation?
