The installer legacy hired messed up the day he installed, breaking planks still continuing to install hoping I wouldnt notice. They had to do 2 replacement planks because the installer was too busy on his phone with his friends not paying attention ******* dealing with personal stuff while installing. I paid for LVP which is clicked together. Replacement planks they cut out the plank and glue it down so that already isnt what I paid for nor should I need a replacement the day of install. If they did their job, replacement wouldnt of been needed and Thats not what I paid for. The plank is ruined and damaged, very noticeable right in the middle of my kitchen. They also messed up over by the cabinets and then glued a piece of flooring to my cabinets in hopes of hiding it. Now I cant put on the cabinet trim that belongs to the cabinets because of a piece of flooring concrete glued to my cabinet. Legacy flooring is refusing to do the job the right way. wont answer my calls or texts. They are refusing to finish and fix their work when I clearly have a ruined plank by the owner of legacy in the center of my kitchen when he attempted to fix what the installer did wrong and made it worse. The front door piece looks bad, its not even attached properly but legacy thinks it looks nice. I paid for flooring leveling, the installer didnt even fill the small marriage line between the living room to kitchen because it wasnt on his work order but yet legacy charge me $75 an hour for floor level x3. So now Im left with a horrible front door plank, a broken plank at my cabinets, my cabinet got a concrete glued floor plank to it, completely broken separated plank in the center of the kitchen, replacement plank in the master bedroom, broken plank in the laundry room. I messed up and paid more then 90% of my bill before they were done so I had to dispute my last payment (still in dispute) until they come and fix my floor the right way. Since the owner is refusing to fix it.
