      Tried charging me about $600 - $1300 to replace my hot water heater expansion tank. When I refused I got the parts to fix it for ***** at *********** They're asking an absurd amount for basic services. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding them at ALL costs

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with this fantastic company for the installation of a new water heater, and I can confidently say that they exceeded all of my expectations.From the very beginning, Iron Mountain Plumbing was friendly and professional. They communicated well throughout the entire process, providing me with all of the necessary information and options for my new water heater installation. They were patient and understanding, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns that I had.The installation itself was flawless. The team from Iron Mountain Plumbing arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were respectful of my home and property, taking care to keep everything clean and tidy throughout the installation process.Once the work was completed, Iron Mountain Plumbing went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in perfect working order. They tested the new water heater thoroughly and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the installation before they left.Overall, I cannot recommend Iron Mountain Plumbing enough. They were friendly, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process, and their work was top-notch.       I was overcharged for a simple unclogging of a toilet. The plumber was at my house for 45 minutes, used a simple "snake" to clear the problem (about 15 minutes) and charged $695. No response from the company in trying to negotiate a fairer price. Very disappointed!

      I was overcharged for installation of two bathroom faucets. I purchased the Fossetts and all the other equipment and this was solely labor. The plumber also took my old faucets which I did not give him permission to do. I was charged $1300 per ******* installation. Later learning from my son, who is a plumber in **** that it should've been $150 at the most versus $1300 per faucet. I feel as a senior citizen I was very much taken advantage of. I have called iron Mountain twice about getting a refund on some of this bill and have not received any phone calls back. My husband and son are livid and ******* so we should file a complaint over charging a senior citizen.
