      When they say it's too good to be true.....their right! Order from these guys after 2 days of waiting on them only to receive my valve hood missing parts! Contact them at 9am only to finally get a call back at the end of the day on Friday. They tell me they will ship out the replacement monday because it was to late in the day (granted I contacted them over 5 hrs earlier). Finally get the email that says they will ship my replacement once they receive the bad one? Why should I have to wait for what I ordered and paid for again when you messed up?These guys are worthless and slow. Clearly don't know what they are even selling!

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS! I ordered replacement parts for a shower system as a guest on their website as I didn't have an account and didn't expect to order anything else. The order completed, but I never received email confirmation or any notification so after a couple of weeks I subscribed to an account and reordered the parts I needed. I finally received a pending transaction on my account and received the parts a few days later. Great! But... later I received a pending transaction on my account of an additional charge. I immediately got online, sent a message through the website that this order was a dupe and I cancelled the transaction. I found the transaction still active in the next 2 days and cancelled two more times. Finally, the product arrived at my home. I sent notification that I wanted to return the item. ***** replied and asked for the order number (obviously they couldn't cross reference with my name, address and date of order). I sent the order number. No response. I sent ***** an email asking for status. Again, she asked for the order number that was already in the email chain. I sent the order number multiple times with requests for status and was ignored. I put in a "ticket" twice and that was ignored... all over a 40 buck return. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - which, ironically they tout on their website as being stellar. This business is definitely a DO NOT SHOP - the order was delivered, but if there is a problem or defect I'm confident that this business will leave you on your own.

We are glad you got the part you needed, and hopefully that's worth something.
