    My daughter rents from them. Her apartment has always had a musty smell to it and now it’s so over the top you can’t even walk into her apartment because it smells so strongly of mold. My daughter has called and tried to talk to the ladies in the office they were rude. I went into the office because my daughter has been sick for months and I said they need to go check it out. Shauna was very rude told me it’s not her house she doesn’t live there. Her and I exchanged some words I called her a ***** because well she was one and refused to act professional and care about the issue at hand. She then called me a *****. An employee on the clock calls a costumer a *****. They have also lied about putting notices on the door about potting plants on the front porch and threw them away and when asked they claimed to have gave a notice but no notice was ever given. They can’t just do what they want and they need to take the time to listen to their tenants. If there is mold in that apartment they have neglected it and have just painted over and basically put a bandaid on the issue. I have someone going in and checking for black mold. But now my daughter is worried they will try to evict her because she called them out and because Shauna and I got into it. If she gets evicted over this I will get a lawyer involved.

    Ok, we are renting this property from them since 7-25-20 to present!! Two leases have been signed!! We received a heads up!!! Exactly how Rebecca stated it!! The owner is putting the house for sale!!! So we will have to start looking!! Ok I’m looking and applying! I have to verify my physical address!!! I call the Parowan corporation!! Please send a statement please!! So I’ve looked at it which has always been on auto pay. Never looked out of line never had see before! Well for 24 months we have been paying water,trash,sewageand irrigation!! Not much change month to month! About 75.ok per month! I look at my lease!! Yes it clearly states in both the are responsible it is part of our rent!!! You would think the company would have recognized hey we aren’t getting any bills from **** **** Parowan ut84761!! So I call speak to Derek ooo wow yes I’ll have to cut you a check!! Two weeks go by I call him when can you remedy this and get us a check. I have know idea haven’t looked at them!! He had requested copies of all paid statements!! We sent via email!! So that evening I put on the portal a maintenance request!! For payment!! Next day went to Parowan court file small claims!! 2245.00 on my way to cedar sheriffs office to have them delivered to netgain!! Derek called **** we aren’t going to pay your water it’s on you!!! Ok what are you to reimburse? NOTHING!!! Ok I’ll call my attorney! Ok have a good one! That same day I received a notice from Parowan corporation, Rebecca had requested to get to my account!! Heather from Parowan,, cc me! So I call Rebecca! Asking what’s going on? We are transferring your water waste and sewage irrigation to us you should receive anymore bills on that ooo!! Derek said yesterday wasn’t paying for past nor future!! I don’t know about!!! So my court date is August 5 2022 at 10:30 am in Parowan!! Thank you for your time !! FYI it’s myself, my single son and dad of two children getting on their feet! Still looking for another house in Parowo
