The quality of Valor Woodcrafts work is the same quality as his customer service and that is simply incredible! I reached out prior to ordering because I wanted to customize the American Flag Challenge Coin display rack I was looking to order and he responded within the hour answering all of my questions. I also explained this was a gift and when I was hoping to receive it. I was worried the turn around time wasnt realistic, but Valor Woodcraft had it made and delivered a week before I was hoping to have it, well in time for Valentines Day. Packaging was very thorough protecting this masterpiece through transit to arrive in perfect condition. In addition, there was a note with my order thanking me for my purchase. I will absolutely be recommending this business to all of my friends and family and already saved their contact information because I will now be contacting them for all of my custom orders moving forward. Thank you for a wonderful customer experience and amazing piece of art.

***** made a custom desk organizer for my wife based off of an item she saw on Amazon. ***** found the hard to *********** that matched my wifes desk. Made a number of drawings till my wife was satisfied and went to work. It is a work of art. ***** is a true craftsman and dedicated to his craft.Valor Woodcraft
