I ordered a hood scoop from JDMUSCLE through Graveyard Performance. I was quoted 2-3 weeks for production because it was a paint matched carbon item. At both week 2 and 3 I contacted them to reach out to JDMUSCLE for an update. Both times the production had been delayed. At week 4.5 when production was delayed again, I asked to cancel the order. Graveyard performance stated that the cancellation was submitted and ******** just had to confirm it. I waited .5 weeks and asked about the refund. Graveyard Performance had not gotten a response from JDMUSCLE. The next day ******** told me that production was delayed another two weeks and I noted to them that the order was requested cancel. Throughout the process Graveyard said that they were having communication issues with JDMUSCLE. Then, the item showed up on my porch and now Graveyard Performance is expecting me to pay 30% restocking fee and the return shipping for something that was cancelled, and is sub par craftsmanship. My money has been tied up while and will continue to be tied up because I would not get a refund until JDMUSCLE inspected the item. With their minimal communication, I am not even comfortable with that. I would request BBB help for resolution, but there is no resolution to be had unless I get a refund at time of shipping.

**** from Graveyard Performance is hands down the best person to work with. He went above and beyond making sure I got the perfect item and the best customer service I have seen in a long time. He is super easy to work with and will even help you find parts and give advice! Helped me get my Invidia N1 Exhaust for my WRX Hatchback.

When I first went to Graveyard I was happy with the work, until the fuel pump died and I had a different shop install the fuel pump and a few other upgrades. What they found was Graveyard had tried to seal my turbo inlet pipe with electrical tape, and my car was returned to ke with an open wide band bung. Also made me pickup the car before it was complete (within the projected build time) because he "couldn't store it" while my heads were shipped. After the amount of money I spent on this build, it should have been perfect. I don't want any compensation, just want to avoid someone else going through this
