Originally I entered a sweepstakes $9.95, I was supposed to get earbuds, which I did not get. I didn’t get anything and I was not aware I was subscribed to anything. But I saw the charges on my account so I called them . They said I had subscribed to some diet thing and I told them to cancel any subscription in my name, they assured me they were canceling the account. I was charged in November $89.95 and $49.95 and I was charged again $49.95 in December and I called again and they said I had canceled November 7 and I shouldn’t have been charged. But they have not returned any of my money back to my account. On November 2, they charged me $89.95, on November 3, they charged me $9.95 on November 6, they charged me $89.95 again and November 13 they charged me $49.95 and again on December 12 they took another $49.95 out of my account.i called them again the man said that he couldn’t do refunds and I asked to speak to a manager. He said they don’t have any, said he represents a lot of companies. But he didn’t tell me how I could get my money back. I’m 75 years old and on a fixed income, I need my money!
