    Alberto P***** came to my house to give me a bid. He had done work on a friend's home, and they liked the work he did. We decided to use their company. He asked for a down payment of over $1000 in order to buy materials. We gave him the money. He then asked for more money a few days later saying that the materials were going to be more money. It sounded suspicious, so I didn't give him more money. He said it would be fine. He has never been back to our property. He says he can't do the job, and has been promising the money back, but it has never come back. He sends text messages saying he is coming by today, but then never comes. This has been going on forever. He says he is coming, and then never comes. I can tell by the other complaints that he has no intention of paying the money back.

    Paid Alberto P***** 1000 dollars down payment for cement work. Promised over ten times to do the job, never showed up. Promised to give my money back multiple times, never showed up. Sounds like this guys has a bad problem, he needs to be stopped.

    Beware he is a crook and scammer!!!! We hired Alberto for concrete work. He didn’t go by his full name with us but told us his name was Bert. He asked for half of the cost of our concrete work upfront and said he would start the very next week, this was the beginning of August the 12, 2022! A month and a half later and Alberto gave us every excuse in the book and never came once only when he picked up the $2,100 that was half of our bid! His KSL add conveniently disappeared and phone number stopped working, he would only communicate through email and dragged things through there! Unfortunately we didn’t know he had been doing this to hard working families for years now! And he is getting away with it by changing his number and business name! He went by Revolution Concrete with us, but we have now come to find out he goes by Revolution Landscaping of Utah & A&P Landscaping Excavation of Utah when he jumps from scamming different victims! He should be locked up for what he is doing, but unfortunately he is getting away with it because he disappears as fast as he steals your money! I truly hope justice can be served and he does the right thing by giving us our refund of the $2,100 he stole from us!
