    ***** is awesome. He came out on Fourth of July and helped us get our truck running. ***** is truly one of the best in the business and super friendly. So happy big rock ********************* referred us to him.Thanks again!!

    ***** was an absolute Saint! We were stuck in the middle of nowhere between ********* and *********** with no power to vehicle. ***** was prompt and reassuring before taking us to a reputable auto shop who fixed it in about 30 minutes. If not for ***** and American Towing Service, today would have been a nightmare, but thanks specifically to ***** we were able to ******************** very quickly. Today he was part tow truck driver part guardian ****** Could not recommend this company enough and wish more people in the world were like him!

    Would do no stars if available. I'm a property manager and I called this company to tow an unauthorized car parked in our small tenant lot with limited space. It's located right next to the shopping district so lots of people try and use our parking area for their shopping trips. There's a sign up about no parking and towing at owner's expense. During my first call in, the lady told me I might need the sheriff's **** involved. Upon confirming that was not the case, I called back. The guy didn't want to do the job because he might get stuck with a ******. After telling him it was not a ****** needing towed, he immediately switched to (I'm paraphrasing) he didn't want to offend someone he might or might not know in favor of getting paid for doing a job. Obviously, he refused the job. I cannot recommend this company at all.
