      I was not provided with a receipt of the transaction to see what was done. That being said my low-pressure oil light is coming on and is going to cause damage to my car. They were more concerned about smoking in the shop than working on my car. There is a no smoking sign in their lobby and the building. Why are employees smoking.

      Another Vm has been left. Your prior invoice states the vehicle does have an excessive oil leak and this may be the cause of the low oil warning now. We do have a top off policy. Please bring your vehicle back in so we may top off the oil and inspect the cause of the leak mentioned previously.

      Feb 10 2025. I brought my car into Jiffylube for Oil change. They short circuited the electrical system and fried the cars electrical system. I was told to file a complaint online with jiffylube. So I went home and did that. Then I was told to wait up to 72 hours for their resolution to this situation. They have completely left me hanging. I want reimbursement for my totaled car including my taxi ride home.

      I brought my car into Jiffy Lube #**** in mid-March 2024 because my car was clicking. They informed me that I needed new cylinder heads, and the work would be $6500.00. We agreed and moved forward with the service. I paid my bill on March 29th in full and brought the car home just to bring it right back for the same issue. They informed me that the parts were faulty and ordered new ones and replaced them. My car was still acting the same when I picked it up the second time but with an added misfire this time. This was May 13, 2024. I got it back still having the same issues as before, so I brought it into a transmission shop to have it checked. After many tests, they assured me there was nothing wrong with my transmission and it in fact was in the engine, therefore I brought it back to Jiffy Lube for a third time on July 5, 2024. Since the beginning of July, Jiffy Lube has found that the new cylinder heads had caused damage to the engine, therefore the engine needed to be replaced. Did they get me an engine? No. I was told by the district manager that they had to follow protocol with power torque (the place who made the failed parts) so they did not lose money on my car! Here I still sit, in October, with no car, no help to get my family a rental, no compassion and continually be placed on the back burner as if I didn't exist. I have put Jiffy Lube in touch with a mechanic that has my engine, so they have the parts they need to finish my car, but here I am, calling THEM to get any little update, losing business because it is my work car, and having to find a way to get my children to and from school. This is absolutely absurd, and no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and disregard. I have reached out on many occasions to the corporate office to help me get in touch with ******* Fast Lube, but no one has called me. I need a resolution immediately and expect a response from you today. This has gone on long enough and my patience is gone.

      I am rejecting this response because: Your information is not accurate. Jiffy lube has had the parts to my car for months and has refused to put it together for months.  Both the manager, Anthony and the district manager, Jacob Hernandez have told me they were unwilling to move forward with repairs because they did not want to lose any money on my car while they bickered with power torque. They refused to fix it, period, the end.  Rather than make it right and get me on my way by getting a new engine block, they have been letting it sit. We have been without our car for nearly 7 months and considering all of the lost income that Jiffy lube has caused and all of the stress they have caused for my family, we deserve a full refund. No matter what has been going on with the parts and power torque, we have been repeatedly and consistently either left uninformed or blatantly lied to about what is happening with our car.

      I am rejecting this response because: It did not take Power Torque months to resend the parts for the car.  Jiffy Lube has had the parts for my car for months.  They needed a new engine block to put the parts in which we finally sourced for them because they continued to drag their feet and treat this issue as non-urgent.  How long exactly does it take for your company to decided when their customers' needs are met over an uncovered receivable with a parts provider? We are closing in at the eighth month mark quickly that Jiffy Lube has left us without a working vehicle. When does this become an urgent matter?

      I am rejecting this response because: The check is from O'Reilly Auto Parts because they felt the way my repair was handled was extremely wrong, therefore they decided to help us.  This does not make up for the 8 months Jiffy Lube left my family without a working car. We would like a refund due to not having a working car leaving us very stressed out over the past 8 months and losing business due to the lack of a working car. Do not take the credit for something O'Reilly did as a grand gesture on their end because we were put in such a horrible situation. That was their grand gesture and not yours. The only way you will make this right is to show some compassion for what your branch put my family through and refund our money.

      My daughter, who lives in Denver, co when to jiffy lube to get an oil change on her Honda accord, the worker told her she needed a new air filter and brake fluid replacement, since she did not no better, they scammed her on those two items. Here is why I no they scammed her-
      1. I just had the Honda accord shipped to her in Denver 2 weeks ago.
      2. The week before I had it shipped I did a complete brake job including brake fluid exchange.
      3. I did a full tune up on the Honda including air filter before I had it shipped to her!
      4. they did show her the air filter right when it was removed from the vehicle she told me it looked clean and white, I called them and asked them to text me a pic of it after I called them on it and they sent me a pic of a very dark dusty stained filter, my daughter told me that was not the filter they showed her. She was was scammed by this no integrity business!!

      Scammed by Jiffy Lube *****************************. Almost destroyed the engine of my new X5 *** by shorting me on oil! Thought they could get away doing this to someone travelling through town! Details:They were aware I was driving through town. After my oil change on the highway not the oil change but the low oil icon appeared notifying me to stop. I quickly got into the next town 20 min away. The man at a different Jiffy Lube location added oil (2 quarts) and the *** still did not recognize enough oil. He thought this was odd and offered a new oil change. On draining it, after he added the oil, he could only recover 5.9 quarts, when my *** recovers 6.9 quarts! Add up what he added plus the amount missing. The Jiffy lube on Academy BLVD shorted me 2-3 quarts of oil, charged me 125$ for the change and almost destroyed the engine. They also claimed to not know how to reset the *** oil button, sending me on my way, likely fully aware I would never know what they did. Little did they know, that my *** has a separate icon indicating low oil. Again no leakage, oil shorted and scammed. Anyone who is out of town, or even in town, be very wary of this Jiffy Lube. My guess is management is asking staff to short people, especially those who they take for being naive.

      I am rejecting this response because: At the end of the day, being short changed 3 quarts has a motive of some form and there are numerous possibilities as to why this may have occurred... I have a very expensive **** which through the diligence of another business 30 min latter down the road, saved my SUV from major engine damage (likely complete engine break down in the mountains).  I am very concerned this is impacting other people that are travelling through the Colorado mountains who may be hurt (financially, physically....) as a result or stranded with significant consequences to there safety.... I am seeking an investigation into this business for reasons of justice for those customers who do not have the ability to return to the business in person to confront them. Truthfully a refund does not cut it!

      on may 3rd 2024 around 3:00-3:07 i pulled into the jiffy lube #**** I was asked what I needed done I explained and showed the young man"*******" the paperwork that was left from the last owner, he explained the cost for each types of oil I said the cheaper one is okay, he said it would be less with a coupon he said he would need to pull in when it was my time, i asked if i could wait in my car. yes he said, he pulled inside and went on with the job, about 5-10 mins into the work he said I didn't need an tire rotation but I did need a wheel alignment and that everything was looking good and said how much it would be once they were all done. I had gotten the money ready which was $55.00 dollars because he said it would be like $52.68 or $52.86, so give or take ten mins more he said they were almost done and I asked if I or he needed to pull me out he said I could and that he was ready to take the payment, the other person who was helping with my car went inside the office with **************** pulled out and waited for my change and paperwork, ******* handed me my change and I left. I didn't notice that I hadn't received proof of payment, but I got my change.on may 4th my car started to turn hard I went and got fluid i put it myself and it didn't change I called jiffy lube told the manager he said he'd call back never did so I went to jiffy lube today may 5th and was really disrespected by ***** and a guy wearing another persons shirt cliff, he told me his real name and he was the person who had did the oil change on Friday. ***** was super disrespectful and rude. I told the guy who worked on my car Friday that I had recorded the conversation and that I was calling a lawyer 1st thing Monday . I asked for my paperwork as ***** responds that said I turned down my receipt which I never would have done for reason like this matter, sat as I was turning my steering wheel locked up on me which caused me to hit a pole now my car door has damages

      The business (Jiffy Lube) verbalized and invoiced that so much service was provided however this was not accurate to what was actually rendered. I was charged for services that were not performed and/or were performed faulty.Business expressed it checked tires for tire pressure and filled tires with air (30 psi each). One problem was, this 30 psi was not the correct amount for my tires as stipulated by the manufacturer (and printed on the placard inside the drivers side door). When I confronted the manager about the tire pressure light coming on (after I left his business) he alleged that my tire pressure sensors were somehow to blame. I asked him how that could be the case since I did not have a problem with said sensors coming into the shop and he expressed, I dont know to which I then started rooting out the problem to land back in the shop to verify the tire pressure and learn that not even 30 psi was put into my tires as stated on the invoice. So, not only did the tires not get filled but on the invoice the shop misrepresented the fact of they did with my tires.It was later discovered the same thing about my windshield wiper fluid. The shop stated on the invoice and verbalized in person that the windshield wiper was topped off however shortly after leaving the shop my fluid container came up empty. (I am never empty on fluids as I the wiper fluid is not utilized frequently enough to come up empty, so the shop obviously passed on the fluids, too.)The above experiences begs to question what else the shop didnt do, but charged for, but I have not yet discovered.

      They preformed work on my truck that didnt meet requirements to do. Resulting in a loss of brakes and I was almost in an auto accident. Its been over a week. The ** said that they would refund the whole invoice amount. Theyve refunded the wrong invoice and have yet to correct it. They stated my brakes were 4-7 mm and needed a service that they didnt require bc they actually measured at 2mm and they did the brake service anyway and put my life in danger by not testing the brakes out after doing the service they knew didnt really meet requirements to be done.

      On Saturday March 2, 2024 I took my 2018 Audi Q5 in for an oil change. One of the employees drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil, then poured 5qts of oil on top of the 5 that were already in the oil compartment, they then proceeded to turn the car on and the cars sensor registered a problem with the transmission. After 3 hours I got a ride home and waited for them to call, at around 6:30pm I was called and told they didnt know how to fix the problem, and I would be without a car until Monday. At which point I lost faith and called the dealership I bought it from to tow it in and fix it. The regional manager ***** does not like the dealerships final price of $1186 to fix and said he will only pay $750. His attitude has been dismissive and unhelpful, all I ask is that Jiffy lube pay the whole bill

      I went to Jiffy Lube on Jan 5 2023 to get my oil change on my 2021 **** Explorer. The service was great. But on February 1 2023 I was jumping my girlfriend car because it was dead and when I went to open my hood I was shocked to see my engine cover was missing. I havent driven my car since the oil changed. When I called the store they said they put it on and they dont have my engine cover. I explain my reason why I think they are lying and they said it wasnt their fault because they dont have my engine cover. Now I cant believe my first car I bought feels like its not complete.
