    I invested in this business and I greatly regretted it. Dont be carried away by the 5 stars. I dont think I saw any of the 5 stars list how much they were making with each machine. I make between $50 to $150 for each machine. Maybe they were 5 stars after the training and before reality set in. Healthy You cant guarantee you a profit or tell you what your expected monthly revenue will be in a month even for location that they find - that is the biggest red flag. They will tell you about how much the industry is to entice you. Healthy you sells machines at crazy price point. You will never resell the machine at a good resell value - you will lose more than 70% of your money. Also the combo machine are not reliable. Drink section can be very problematic. If you have worked hard to save 50k, I wont advise you do it. Think about it, if vending was as profitable as they say, they will be vending by themselves nationwide and not selling the machines. DONT DO VENDING business, you will be wasting your time for peanut. You can spend up to 2 hours serving a location and driving to a location can be up to 35 min.. In addition, snacks expires quick and you need to try out multiple products to understand the customer. Getting a location is no easy task - dont be fooled. Do what you did to save 50k and you will be better off in the long run. Finally, healthy products dont really sell because regular people still like their snickers and healthy products are more expensive and less tasty.

    We were dismayed to see this review noting your regret with your purchase. We apologize in advance but this is going to be a rather lengthy response since we want to make sure to address the many points in your review. You note very low revenue for your machines. We wish we had known sooner about this as we can definitely help you improve your revenue. Later in your review you protest that to be successful with a location you have to try out multiple products to find what the customer likes. Have you done this? You will make more money if you do as we have outlined in our training. If your machines are still not hitting the revenue numbers you expect after trying this very important step to maximizing revenue, we can help you find a location that produces better revenue. A good place to start here is for you to let us know location by location what products you have tried and the revenue for each. Please let us know what problems you have encountered with your machines since you have not contacted our technical support department to date for any assistance with machine issues or concerns. Perhaps your comment about the drink section comes from frustration you are experiencing with the settings. Since that drink unit will accommodate various sizes and shapes of both cans and bottles it must be adjusted to match what you are selling. Do you need more help on adjusting the drink section? There are some very good videos on our Support Site that you can access 24/7 that would give you direction on loading drinks correctly or you can always contact our ******************* and they can provide you with instruction while you are at the machine on location. We have never heard of an owner spending up to two hours at a location to service a machine. Are you printing a picklist from the eManage vending management software and arriving at the location with exactly what you need to fill the machine? A standard weekly service cycle should only take ***** minutes per machine. Please walk us through your process for stocking a machine so we can help you cut down you fill time. You expressed concerns about some products expiring. Perishable foods expire quickly and we dont encourage them - but snacks, including healthy chips and bars and healthy drinks all have a 48-month shelf life. eManage can also help you manage inventory and provide sell-through rates so you are well ahead of those best buy dates. And if you ever do get close on a date, you can discount that product or combine it with another best-selling item in a combo deal, both features are offered with the SmartWarePro360 software, and then you would be able to sell it off before the expiration date. Lets talk about how much you are using these two software tools. And we have many, many successful owners who would disagree with your assessment that healthy products do not sell. In 2007 when we sold the first healthy vending machines in the nation there were 186 Whole Foods stores. Today there are 513. Trader Joes, Sprouts and other healthy grocers have seen rapid growth as well. There is a substantial market for those who want and need healthy options. They are eating healthier at home and snacking healthier at work. That is why healthy vending machines frequently find good homes right next to traditional vending machines. Customers want healthy options and employers want to provide their staff with options. Its a win-win.You seem to have a misconception about the price point of the machines. The machines are just one part of the business opportunity that includes franchise level support, training, software, location services, etc. We dont sell machines, and likewise, you should never sell just your machines. You should build your business in your locations and then sell the whole business as a route. Your comment that the biggest red flag to you was that we couldnt provide you with monthly revenue figures, however it would actually be a huge red flag if we did. We are a business opportunity and do not collect financials from our business owners like a franchise does. If we did offer revenue numbers, they would not be substantiated in any way. It is simply against the law to provide this information, so we do not. One of our competitors received a cease & desist notice last year and were ordered to refund their customers from the past 8 years for making unsubstantiated income projections. We feel you have not taken full advantage of the support and technology offered with your package and highly encourage you to respond to our recent phone and email messages so we can help you turn around your business. We are confident that we will be able help minimize the time you are spending at each location while maximizing revenue, or, if need be, help you find new locations. We are committed to helping you succeed if you will give us the opportunity to do so.

    Rip off. They are a legit business, but you can do this yourself for 1/2 the cost with the same machines. They wont tell you that.

    Years ago we tried an option of people buying just machines without location assistance, coaching, training, franchise level support, software, etc. The people who purchased under this program were not successful. healthyyouvending.com/importance-of-a-system/ explains why machines only doesnt work.

    We purchased 9 machines to locate in the Orlando ***** Went to training in Feb of 2022 and it has been 10 months since we started operating our business. HealthyYou encouraged us to write a BBB review right after training but I wanted to wait until we did all the things they recommended to see if this business is viable. We planned to have them locate the machines for us but they provide good incentives to have you locate the machines yourself. After 6 months and countless hours of traveling all over, making constant phone calls, etc., we finally located all our machines. They told us that for every 4 free snack baskets, you potentially get a location. It actually takes about 10 baskets to get one client. We had to purchase a ton of product just to locate these machines. They wouldnt provide an average revenue estimate per machine but so far our machines average about $200 a month in sales, which after all our expenses, equates to $80 profit. That will take us **** yrs. just to make our ROI - their financial advisor said it should be within 18 months. Almost all of the owner-ops from our class are struggling or trying to sell their machines. Some people used their 401ks to go into this business and they are paying all kinds of storage fees because they cant find locations. Almost all of the good locations that have a lot of foot traffic are already taken by the big vending companies. HealthyYou is not a supportive partner to work with. Reasons: They were misleading about this business in so many ways, when you call for help, they have you call their vendors (i.e., machine company, software, CC reader, etc.), they claimed these are quality machines but they have lots of issues (mostly the drinks section) and theyve never checked in on us once to see if they could help since we had been paying a lot of money in storage fees. I strongly suggest you reconsider going into the vending business because you most likely will not even get the return on your investment.

    We were surprised to see this review indicating that you felt we had not supported you well. We spoke with or emailed back and forth with you and/your business partner more than 50 times between January and September of 2022. We did not hear from you or your partner after September letting us know that you were struggling in the business in any way. You mention in your review that you were visiting more locations than normal to finalize your placements. We could have talked with you about the process and helped you see a faster placement rate though we do show from your conversations with coaching that you placed eight of your nine machines in locations between March and June. We are not clear when the last machine was placed. You and your partner wanted a more customized approach to the location process, and we would have been happy to help you if we had known you needed the help. We also could have and still can help you increase the revenue in your locations. Please reach out to Coaching about the products you are offering in each location and the history of other products you have tried. Once you have tried to maximize revenue in a location if it is still lagging behind we will certainly help you find a location that produces better revenue. Since we do not receive any financial reports from you we did not know your machines were doing so poorly. It was our understanding that your health and rehab center was generating over $500/month. We were surprised to see the low average that you listed in your review. We are also concerned about your net being such a low percentage of your gross. This is highly unusual and we know we can help there. We agree with you that many of the big locations with a lot of foot traffic already have traditional vending machines. But many of those locations not only add a healthy vending option but replace their traditional vending. The local college where you placed a machine certainly had other vending but added healthy. I think you have a misconception about our support team. While our coaches are well versed of all aspect of the business, we think it is to your benefit to talk to our software developer when you have a question on how best to use our software and to talk to a machine technician with a machine question rather than a coach. We think talking to a specialist is the best way to go. We certainly did not shy away from talking to you and your partner over the course of your ramp up and are always happy to talk with any of our business owners who need assistance. I am not clear on why you feel that there are problems with the drink section of the machine. The technical support department shows you only talked to them one time and that call was regarding resetting your credit card reader. There were no calls regarding the drink section. As far as other people in your training class we are not sure why you feel that others are struggling. Half of that class have ordered additional equipment beyond their first order. But as we have learned with your situation, someone could be struggling and not have reported that to us. That is the one disadvantage with our business opportunity model versus a franchise. Since we do not receive monthly reports (and collect a royalty) we help get people up and running and then count on them to tell us when they need assistance. It is clear that you feel we have not followed up with you as we should after the initial launch of your business. We apologize for not doing so. And we will continue to work with you on replacement locations and maximizing revenue in each of your locations.

    I had been looking for a business that could provide me with some passive income and help me reach financial freedom. I wanted to find something that would provide flexibility and allow me to get my feet wet and not having to quit my full time job. With Healthy You have found that opportunity because I choose how big or small I want to be and the support from everyone at is phenomenal. I knew I could not do this alone nor did I have the time to get started and with Healthy You I have been able to learn the laws, requirements, and best practices to get started and have a successful vending business. I am glad I made this decision and know I have a full team of experts supporting me.

    My husband and I were looking for extra income opportunities also franchises . We came across Healthy You Vending . I was skeptical at first , after attending the classes and training I feel a whole lot better and looking forward to my new business venture.I looked at a couple vending companies but Healthy You was the better choice for us . The hands on and staff are Amazing ! The support, coaching and training we are receiving makes a world of difference .HYV makes you feel like family and treats you like family. HYV is with its vendors every step of the way ! It’s up to each vendor how successful they plan to be the tools provided by HYV are there to set you up for success . This company is up close and personal with its vendors . The owner is a great person as well as the staff . We know them by name and title . I recommend HYV to anyone who’s looking to start a business . It takes money to make money ! Put your money to work for you and look into HYV . You won’t be disappointed . Josephine Harnar

    I have been looking for a business that I could invest in that is recession proof. Vending seemed like the most viable option for my situation. After researching several companies who offered vending I decided the safe bet was with Healthy You Vending. I came to that conclusion mainly because they offered continuous support from coaching to technical support from actual people who have vending machines. They also don't have any hidden royalty fees. You buy the machine means you own the machine out right. They even offer something called Healthy Youniversity, which gives you an in person introductory ****** into vending and they cover topics from Taxes and Company Setup (LLC, S-Corp, Sole Proprietorship) all the way to what types of product to put in your machines. These are just a few of the reasons I chose Healthy You over the other vending options I saw. Now I have my own business that I can hopefully scale or use as a catapult to other ventures. I have a full-time job so i don't have unlimited time to figure things out. I would highly recommend Healthy You to anyone that is looking for a low risk investment with actual people who have done what you are trying to do and can provide support.

    Healthyyou vending is exactly what they advertise. I am so greatful that I found their advertisement. I was looking into doing a vending business with my family. When I did my research and visited the company I was impressed. They have alot to offer and they are exactly who they say they are. No hidden anything. I'm excited and feel very confident about my new business. We were able to attend a class to learn the business and the machines. We met the founder and owner. We have support. They created a system that worked for many. I totally feel like my family joined another family.
