    ************. They charged an expired credit card I had on file when I refused to update it because I didn't like/want the service and then after multiple emails back and forth they refunded 58% of my money claiming it was a "prorated rate", meaning they kept over 42% for 3 days of a year long subscription. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE ************

Wed like to provide some context regarding the events youve mentioned:During our support exchange, you repeatedly mentioned that you intentionally left an expired card on file because you did not want to continue with the subscription. While we understand your reasoning, this action suggests you were attempting to avoid the subscription charge by not actively canceling the trial. This approach, however, overlooks the fact that most payment networks, including **** and **********, use automatic updater services. These services allow card issuers to update expiration dates and other details for merchants to ensure successful transactions, even when a card is technically ********** leaving an expired card on file and not canceling the trial before it ended, it seems there was no intent to take responsibility for the subscription's continuation. Instead, it appears there was an assumption that the plan would lapse without further action, which is not how subscription-based services are designed to function.Despite this, we took steps to resolve the matter by issuing a one-time prorated refund of $165.13 as a courtesy. This refund reflects the unused portion of the subscription, even though our refund policy clearly states that all sales are final.We strive to maintain transparency in our billing and subscription processes and regret that you found the experience unsatisfactory. If youd like to discuss this further or require additional clarification, please feel free to contact us.

    I "used" this service for 3 days of a 365 day subscription (took me three days to cancel because I was out of town) which equals less than 1% of the time paid for. They kept 40% of the money. That's not "prorated".They also emailed after this and another review went live asking if I'd be willing to take down the poor reviews in exchange for a full refund. So now we can add extortion to the list of why you should avoid this company.
