    Do not buy a home from Salt City Construction. After I purchased my home in Heber, I called, left messages, and texted him and his assistant, *******, about warranty issues. The owner and real estate broker, ***********************, avoided all my communications. My concrete driveway was spalling and pitting six months after it was laid. I had to hire an attorney for him to respond. After new portions of the driveway were laid, four months later, the concrete started to disintegrate worse than it was originally. I had another concrete company come out and look at it, and he described that if someone wanted to deliberately lay bad concrete, the finishers would brush it excessively hard. This is what I believe happened. I believe this was revenge for taking him to court. There were other problems with the home, too, and I hired other contractors to fix them.I was warned ******* was a hard-to-deal-with person. There's not enough space to type in the negative dealings I had to go through with him. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do not do business with this company or man. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.

    Please never buy a home from this builder, they are dishonest, crappy work and no quality. Still they get people to buy homes in Heber, Tooele, Granstville, and Salt Lake County. We will never use them again and tell family and friends to stay away. Having the backing of Berkshire Hathaway should not influence you at all. The never return call, never listen to complaints. While eve in the warranty to continually put things of telling you they will get things fixed. the day the warranty expires at 5:00 you get a text telling all warranty issues are closed. Tons of text to them, letters and calls, but they don't care wish you could give them a zero
