    I hired Joe Tree Trimming & Removal LLC in July of 2024 to remove three dead trees and their stumps. Joe quoted me for stump removal separately from the tree removal because he needed to come back at a later date to grind the stumps. I payed him for the tree removal plus $100. Of the stump removal per his request.
    It is now the middle of October and no stumps have been removed. I have been in contact with Joe every two weeks since July and I have been promised that he would come the following Fridays of each contact. My last contact with Joe was Thursday, October 10th. He promised he would come on Monday, October 14th. Joe did not show up or call to reschedule.
    This company is dishonest in their dealings and did not provide the services agreed upon.
    I hope this review will save others from the headache of dealing with this company.

    On October 6, 2023, Joe L***** was employed to trim some trees and clean up the subsequent mess left in my yard for the agreed upon price of $1100. During this job, he damaged the gutter on our neighbor’s house—this was discovered after he had left—he did not notify us himself. He said he was not able to clean up all of the tree limbs at the time—he said he had no room left in his truck—so he advised he would be back that following Monday to finish the job. When he did not come as promised, I called him that evening at his phone number ********** and spoke to Mr L***** and he advised he would come the next day. He did not, and again I called him—this time on his cell number **********, and he did not answer so I left a message. At some point in the weeks since then, the debris pile has been removed, but the neighbors still have a damaged gutter apparently caused by a falling tree limb. Mr L***** has been paid $1100 to do a job for me and he has not made any attempt at further communication with us or effort to fix the damage he caused to my neighbor’s gutter, as far as I know.
