    I purchased a vehicle from this company on 2/29/24. They took 3 weeks to finish paperwork and ship my vehicle. The vehicle arrived with a broken interior door handle. Within 2-3 weeks of owning the vehicle the running boards stoped working, the key fob stopped working and needs to be replaced and the sunroof stopped working. I had to contact the business multiple times to get the correct paperwork sent to me so I can pursue these issues with the warranty company. None of these are covered on the warranty. What they told me they were selling me for the warranty and what the sold me are not the same. I still have not been able to title this vehicle because of issues with the dealership. They also had the wrong date on the bill of sale which would have lead to multiple late fees for registering but I was able to fix this at the DMV. I have contacted this company multiple times requesting help. It takes forever for them to get back me and give me the correct paperwork. They have been no help when it comes to the issues that I had with the vehicle immediately after arrival. I feel like they scammed me with the warranty by selling me a policy that does not cover what they stated it would cover. I would like them to provide me with the better policy at no additional cost and pay for the cost of repairs to the vehicle for whatever is not covered by the warranty. I would also like the paperwork to be complete so I can title this vehicle.

    The bank will not loan on the car like Alex said it would. Mountain America WILL NOT lend the fool amount on a branded or rebuilt vehicle. He said to take these papers into the bank and everything will be fine. Well it's not fine. He kept saying, "If you have a good working relationship with they will lend 100%. I can literal reference hundreds of times this has worked." That's right blame us for your error in not taking us they would only lend at 60% at best. If you've encountered this over one hundred times you knew this would happen and you said NOTHING! I asked the credit union about this statement, they said that's illegal. My wife's credit is down almost 60 points thanks to these individuals.

    11/21/2022 Amount paid $5,000 I want out of the contract because they told me it was a clean title and coerced me to sign a document stating it was a salvage title and the same day of the sale I took it to a auto body shop to ensure it passed their 150 point inspection and at the shop they said the truck was structurally compromised and the repairs that were done were unsafe. I took it back to the dealership that day and wanted my money back and a refund of my deposit and they initially agreed to do so( which I have documentation of in a text message) then later that day rescinded that offer and told me that they would fix the repairs and I told them no I want my money back. then they said they would repair it and i could take it back to the shop I took it to and get it inspected to make sure the repairs were done correctly, but they said they would keep my deposit because I already signed the contract. I told them I want to be able to take it to a mechanical shop as well and if it didn’t pass then I would be let out of the contract. I told them when my appointment was and 4 times when I went back to pick up the truck they said it was still in the shop and their 7 day timeframe they signed in the contract expired, forcing me to lose my appointment and timeframe they signed on the contract to get inspected by the dealership. They backdated documents to my initial first visit as well.
