    April would show up late, she would drag her feet when she would finally arrive, she had excuses as to why she was hours late. There were several times she would cancel last minute, without giving a heads up so I could find a replacement.. I would usually be working or out away from the house when she would clean, but the times i did cross paths with her she would always look frazzled and unwell, and possibly on drugs.

    Another issue that worried me with April is after the job was completed, she would immediately send me an invoice, (standard procedure, nothing wrong with that) but when I was busy unavailable to get around to paying her, she would send accusatory texts where she would claim I was ripping her off or ignoring her intentionally.. this happened twice, and after all the other unnecessary and unprofessional conduct, I made sure it wouldn’t happen again. I mean, if you clean on a Friday, and don’t finish cleaning until later in the afternoon, meanwhile I was going on a weekend getaway, and accidentally forgot my work phone in my office, mistakes happen, yes, she had the nerve to charge me a late payment fee on top of everything else!!!

    My word of advice, find another company to clean your home or office, I got the feeling she was under the influence most of the time and had far too many personal or perhaps mental issues, (probably drugs) that she was dealing with to value or care for my business. Hopefully she reads this and can make a change for herself, for this is no way to grow and run a successful business, let alone manage one’s own life.
