    This company does not adhere to professional conduct as expected from a CPA firm, and the partner bears no regard for his client that he was engaged to represent. Quits at the 11th hour with unsubstantiated excuses, leaving his client high and dry for timely filing as a reporting issuer triggering defaults with the note holder. Failed to disclose to his clients about the report on his firms negative conduct as posted by the ****** Demands more money from client when less entries than expected are submitted and places an inexperienced staff member to complete the task.
