    I was sent a text that said I could get a Makita set of tools for $1 shipping it never said anything else I still have the text. When I looked at my card the $1 wasn't taken out they tried to take $59.84 but there wasn't enough cash there so they took out $39.84. I called the number you have for them and told the lady they needed to fix this and she just laughed at me. I'll be contacting my attorney in the morning and let him deal with them. This happened on September 11 2022. I now have $2 left

    The company said I filled out an online form in which I gave my name, phone number, email address and credit card information for a drawing on April 2, 2022 I do not recall filling out any forms online for a drawing much less giving my credit card information for a drawing for an ipad. I was charged $39.84 on my credit card which I disputed. The charge was removed from my credit card on April 8, 2022 but the merchant reissued the charges and I have been rebilled the $39.84 on June 9, 2022. I called the merchant and the account has been closed but they did not remove the charges and told me to contact the credit card company to get this done. The credit card company cannot remove the charges and they called the merchant who will still not cancel the charges. I am at my wits end as to how to get these charges removed so I do not have to pay the $39.84 even though the account is closed and I am no longer responsible for this amount. We would appreciate your help in resolving this problem.
