    Unfortunately, transparency is not a quality some health care providers care to ******** visit with the doctor was great. Dr. ****** addressed my concerns and answered my questions. Unfortunately, I was mislead and naively deceived by their website and the office staff when I booked an appointment for both myself and my husband.Lone Peak Dermatology has my insurance, ********** Blue Shield Regence, listed under insurance accepted.After receiving an EOB from my insurance, stating Lone Peak Dermatology was in fact not in-network, I contacted Lone Peak Dermatology. I was told by office staff, We accept ********** Blue Shield, but we are not in-network with them. We suggest patients verify in-network providers with their insurance.I feel mislead by not only their website but also office staff since both stated my insurance was accepted. Why list and state an insurance is accepted if they are in fact not in-network? Very deceiving and distasteful.I now recognize I should have not wrongfully interpreted misleading statements and I should have verified with my insurance beforehand.
