My bill keeps going up, I paid them $1,000. In Jan to NOT get hit with interest and I received my bill this week and interest of $ ****** was on the bill, I called and they told me that the [promo ended and I said no it did not, thats why I paid the $1,000.00 and she said if I paid them$1,700.00 by 3/1, they would refund the $******. I told her they are ripping me off. How can I make such a large payment and my bill is higher than last month? My monthly payment is even higher, that went from $140. To $163.00. I believe this company needs investigated for charging customers to much. I told the lady, I will default on the account if this is not fixed. I have perfect payments with them but this has to be wrong. She said they gave me a lower % rate, looking at the bill it is at *****% how is that lower?

Hello, I am writing because Care Credit is not un-enrolling me in auto pay. I enrolled in autopay, scheduled a $500 payment to be withdrawn from my checking account on Fri 05/17/24. Since scheduled this payment, I have been in a motor vehicle accident. I am injured and out of work due to my injuries. Care Credit is unwilling to cancel my auto payment despite several attempts made by me.
      Date of service: 04/06/24
      Amount billed: $3023.13
Nature of dispute: I want to be un-enrolled in autopay. I want to make the payment myself for the min balance due of $99. Care Credit is not allowing me to cancel my autopay.
Care credit is not allowing me to cancel autopay through the website. I used the chat option and attempted to call. I was unable to speak with someone on the phone and the chat stated I could not unenroll from auto payments. (please see attached image)
I shredded this credit card. I do not have the full acct number. Last 4 of acct number is :**** or ****. (I have conflicting information in the chat and portal).

I spoke with someone at care credit in reference to promotional offers that have expired and now i was charged a ridiculous amount when the payment i have been making should have been applied to those promotion who expire first which was not done, this is cheating the consumer. I also had two charges from the vet office for the same emergency visit and was only give 12 month when in fact it should of been more due to the amount. I am going through some hardship and should be given an opportunity to pay as I am. I am also a Senior citizen this is abuse.

On 6/2/23 $275.96 was attempted to be taken out of my bank account. I did not have the funds and nothing was taken out. One month later 7/3/23 $276.96 was taken out of my account without any notice that a payment was going to be taken. I did not want to be in the debit relief program and I called to get a refund. Now it has been over a week and still no refund and when trying to contact this company they do everything to avoid the call even blocking my number. They stole this money from me and I am not enrolled in their program. My bank account went into the negative due to this and they are sure taking their sweet time in resolving this.

      Dear **************,

We are truly sorry to hear about the financial difficulties and frustrations you've encountered. At CareOne, our primary aim is to assist consumers in overcoming their debt challenges and achieving financial stability. It is distressing to learn that your experience has been anything but supportive and straightforward.

Upon reviewing your account, we found that you had indeed signed contracts indicating your desire to participate in our Debt Relief Program. These contracts, along with email communications, text messages, and a welcome call, were designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the program, including its length and the processes involved. We strive for transparency in all our dealings, especially regarding the authorization of payments. The Automatic Debit Transfer (ADT) form, which you signed, clearly specifies the schedule of withdrawals, ensuring that participants are fully aware of when these transactions will occur.

Regarding the issue of communication, we want to clarify that our company utilizes 800 numbers and does not have the capability to block calls. We are committed to being accessible to our clients and are concerned to hear that you felt avoided or blocked in any way. This is not a practice our company would ever engage in, especially over a matter of $275.96.

We also want to highlight that CareOne does not manage or control the funds deposited by our clients. Instead, these funds are held in a trust account established in your name by ***************. This arrangement is designed to give you full control over your funds, with the ability to request their return at any point directly from ***************.

Understanding your decision to discontinue participation in the Debt Relief Program, we are taking immediate steps to cancel your enrollment. This process involves notifying all creditors involved we no longer represent you and instructing our legal team to close your file. Additionally, we will contact *************** on your behalf to ensure they reach out to you regarding the return of your funds, should this not have already been initiated.

We sincerely hope that you find a resolution to your financial situation and achieve the debt-free life you desire. Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

      Wishing you all the best,
