    I got a DB rower years back. It's no longer sold, but I had to reach out to customer service because my foot straps broke. Within the same day they sent out replacements! It's was a surprise to read any negative reviews because my experience with customer service was great. I also have a ****** bike and I love it. It doesn't need to be plugged in so I can move it wherever and it's so quiet the only thing you can hear is my heavy breathing (possibly a downside there?). The resistances on it are easy to adjust and I can do a home 'spin class' with ease. Been using it for years and never had an issue. I've recommended to my friends who also have been loving theirs.

    I had a wonderful experience with Diamondback Fitness. I bought a 910SR recumbent bike 2 years ago and didn't know if it would work with my new heart rate monitor. I called them on the phone and talked with one of their representatives. He answered my questions quickly and helped me get it connected. He was very polite and understood the technology so I can get the most out of my bike. Great company.
