1 starMisleading Mold Diagnosis and Unnecessary Repair Bid I wanted to bring to light a concerning situation involving my son and his girlfriend. Believing they might have a mold issue, they contacted Jaden ******* who provided a bid of $1,200 to address what he claimed was mold damage and to install a vent to prevent future problems.Acting responsibly, they sought a second opiniononly to learn that the suspected "mold" was actually ink from an old piece of insulation that had slight moisture exposure from being near the water heater. The wood beneath was tested and found to be completely dry.For peace of mind, they even obtained a third professional opinion. The conclusion was the same: no mold.This raises serious concerns. It appears this individual was prepared to charge two young adults, ages 21 and 22, for unnecessary work based on a misdiagnosis. Had they not sought second and third opinions, they could have been misled into spending $1,200 on repairs they did not need.This experience is a reminder of the importance of getting multiple estimates and understanding the problem thoroughly before authorizing costly work.

5 starsWell its nearly 8:00 p.m. here on a Tuesday evening and ****, ****** and ****** are still working diligently on our devastating house flood. The three *** employees have maintained the same pleasant demeanor and vigilance for the past ten hours.****** who leads the trio is one of the most compelling individuals I have ever interacted with. I have owned and managed a number of enterprises over my seventy years and I would certainly move him up the ladder hastily.Over the past two weeks we have had a lot of *** workers in our house and virtually everyone of them was exceptional!!Thank you Utah Disaster Kleenupyou Folks made a very tragic event a much more tolerable experience.Utah Disaster Kleenup

5 starsI am incredibly impressed with the high quality work UDK has done in our home and the professionalism exhibited by their employees. ****** has come out to our home several times and each time we are even more impressed with his work. ******* is always willing to answer any questions I have and walk me through the clean up and remediation process. I have appreciated his attention to detail and cheerful attitude. 5 starsThank God for UDK. They came out at 1am on a Sunday morning to help with my flooded basement in my house I just bought thanks to a broken water line. They were professional (even helped me not be scammed by an imposter company) and were great to work with. If I ever have another disaster (which I hope I never do) I would call them without hesitation. **** was amazing to work with and everyone was professional and kind in my time of extreme stress.Utah Disaster Kleenup

5 starsWe had an incredibke experience with UDK. Our servicer was absolutely incredible for helping us with mold remediation. He was able to skillfully remove the affected spaces, identify what was causing the issue with a very weird situation, and give ** next steps to prevent and fix it moving forward. He also went out of his way to help ** wrap my wedding dress, which had been affected, in plastic so we could safely transport it to the cleaner. He worked very safely and effectively to preserve as much as possible and ensure as little spores or dust was spread while he worked. He also made very clean and precise cuts, which will make repair work so much easier. He was incredibly polite and professional, and worked very quickly. He also had the brilliant idea of reserving pieces of our wall, floor board, and carpet pad so we can more easily match them when doing the full repairs. He was also able to refer ** to a repair company that UDK works with make the repairs. We would highly recommend working with UDK in general, but if you happen to get lucky enough to work with who we got to, you're in for a wonderful experience.Review fromTy S

1 starWhere do I even begin, geez. We had a leak in our master bathroom shower in October 2022, yes it has taken almost 7 months to complete it. Now that the shower doors, paint and fixing of our damaged baseboard, they are demanding payment today. Haha, this is funny because the communication has been trash. So much so, that the original estimator *************** was replaced by the General ***************************************** the past two months. Due to **** no call/no showing several different times and no follow up whatsoever from their side about it, until I reached out to **** and called him out on it. *************** had to come back two separate times (UDKs preferred contractor for tile work) because they left our bathroom a mess and did not complete the job as well.I called to complain about communication with *******************-Director of Operations for *** to speak with her about the lack of communication and she laughed at me and told me to get out of their way and let them do their jobs as if Im playing a 2-3 zone defense and not allowing them to do their jobs. All we want, is for them to communicate and do their jobs!!! Last night 4/13/23 they finally were able to deliver custom made shower doors (after ordering the wrong size and color, twice) and had to swap out the drain cover (wrong color installed). The work that has finally been completed, looks good, however the grout was touched up yesterday (due to cracking) prior to the doors being installed. I wouldnt recommend them if you paid me to do so myself or if you offered the work to be completed free of charge. Subpar work, worse communication Ive ever encountered and the worst customer service around. If you hire them or your insurance advises you to use them, do yourself a favor and dont do it! I did request follow-up photos and videos of the completed project and was pleased with what I saw in the end result. It looks like you have a beautiful bathroom to match your beautiful home.
