    They are Vary rude, they dont care ***** the manager doesnt care he wont transfer me to anyone else and keeps hanging up on me, I asked for the owner he doenst care and now they block my number from calling the manager ***** is vary rude and dont care about customers I need the manager fired and the Texh fired. The house is so cold due to the tech didnt hook up anything right, the tech also stole my old equipment and the manager doenst care at all

    This customer is a very interesting one. He said our guy stole the ladder, but the ladder is there in the home. He also said that he took their equipment, but it is there in their home. They said the thermostat wasn't working, but the way they programmed it was causing the issue. The customer let us know of the issues, we scheduled to have someone out first thing in the morning to come fix it. They proceeded to harass us calling us over and over again (17 times in a row to the office line when our people have to keep the lines open to help other people) because first thing in the morning wasn't soon enough and they weren't happy with the answer. 


    As a resolution since the customer is within the 3 day right of recision we weren't making them happy, we came back, uninstalled the system and are letting them go back to their previous provider. Tell us why here...

    I am rejecting this response because: No they did indeed steal the equipment they came back today finally to give it back to us, the thermastats was not program by us it was programed by the technicians, so i need something done or i will have to go further. The tech needs to be fired since he is a theif, he also installed it wrong since we didnt program anything or install it. So i need something done and we called many times since it was cold and we also needed the equipment back so yes indeed you guys did steal my equipment if i didnt call you i would off never seen the equipment again so don't lie just because you know your company needs to be shut down. So i need something done now

    As this customer states, the equipment is in his possession. His old thermostat is installed. If he needs it repaired, it is a Vivint thermostat, so they will need to contact Vivint to correct it.
