  I watched the "webinar training" with Dr. ********************** on Instagram. I was very impressed with all the information and I believed when Dr. ********************** promised a solution to correct problems with the immune system and resolve all the "unexplained symptoms" I have. He promised a "Comprehensive Cellular Health Analysis" he calls it Meta-Oxy test that supposedly detects inflammation markers. Well, that turned out to be a very expensive ($167 dollars), rudimentary ** test kit that came in the mail. And for $97 extra I could include a family member to the program. And just like that, $264 went out the window.After this, I was contacted by a team member to set up a zoom meeting BUT, the team member who contacted me couldn't meet when I was available (because not all of them work on Friday) and twice I accepted a zoom invitation that the "team member" set up and no one showed up. I feel this program is a very good marketing trap to lure you into buying very expensive health supplements and never really have a REAL doctor caring for you. Their website does not provide a contact number for Customer support, but because I was quick to complain, I was still in contact with the "Team Member" on my e-mail and they respond quickly. They promised to refund my money in ***** days. And I will never know what the ** test indicated, because there is nothing to explain the results and of course, I was never able to talk to anyone about it. I believe there are many good Integrative medicine doctors around, but this is not one. Buyers beware!

I will alert the management team that our rep did not show up for the call.The physical test (Meta-Oxy Test) is a urine test that identifies cellular inflammation. The solution in the vial reacts with the concentration of malondialdehyde in your urine. Malondialdehyde is the bi-product of cellular inflammation. From this we can accurately assess if there is an issue with the way your cells are behaving. This is the reason and main cause for Hormone Dysregulation, Weight Loss Resistance, Fatigue, and many other common symptoms that occur with our clients because these things aren't getting into the cell and are being utilized properly. The second test is an online survey called the Neurotoxic Questionnaire. The main goal of this test is to take a deeper look into your past and see what could be driving the cellular inflammation itself. The first part will dive into symptoms and what you are personally dealing with on a day to day basis. All the Symptoms on this list are Neurotoxic symptoms, which are those that are being driven by hidden toxins stuck in your brain tissue. From these symptoms alone we can accurately tell if cellular detox will need to be utilized. To give you a basis on how we grade the final score of this section; the second part of the questionnaire asks questions regarding what environmental stressors you may have been exposed to in the past or are still currently being exposed to see where they have come from.   I came across Dr. ********************** I feel not by accident that is for sure. After having COVID my health took a downward slide. Everything Dr. ********************** said made sense to me. I also have autoimmune issues. Type 1 diabetic for 50 1/2 years. I have been on this program for only 4 weeks. And on week 3 I had to decrease my 24 hour basal rate on my insulin pump by 4 units. That is huge. And I will be decreasing it again soon. The staff in Dr. ********************** are amazing. They truly care about you. Your coach is there for you. You can just text your coach and they will reply during their business hours.

  I consider myself in good health except some brain fog in the afternoon and some days low energy, low motivation. My concern was : heavy metals affecting my brain( had amalgam filling) and wanted to prevent any negative effects on my brain function. Started program with coach ****. She was knowledgeable, caring and always ready to help with any questions or concerns, providing with additional materials. I was looking forward to our sessions.   My experience with the Pompa Program was GREAT because Dr ********************** and all the ***************** taught me a TON about how to eat healthy, how to cook, and about oral toxicity. I now feel better, have thicker, healthier hair, am feeling better, now love to cook, Im in a more positive, hopeful mindset, have no more TMJ pain, & ALL my cavitations, amalgams & infected root canals are gone!!! Im also in the process of getting my airway treated, and I know how to continue in my journey of healing. Dr ********************** is one of the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and godly men I know, & I feel so blessed to have been part of his program. In fact, I STILL feel cared for by the ********************** coaches, for which Im deeply grateful.   I wasted my $167. The team member was very nice, but received about the same information as on the ** video. Had I been given the price of the program before I paid the $167, I would have never ordered it. I am a widow living on Social Security and a small pension. I would love to receive a refund, but not sure how. Thank you .

  I had my doubts about this program in the beginning. After my first conversation and finding out how much it cost I knew it was a big commitment. I did take the night to think it over and did some research on the information I was given. I decided to jump in and fully commit to this journey and have been pleasantly surprised. In the first month I lost 20 pounds. I did go a bit crazy restricting my carbs however I wanted to lose weight. After the first week it became easy for me. The supplements given to me were high quality and have bought more since that time. The price I feel like is mainly for the education you get which cant be taken away. I feel like Im the end the amount of money motivated me into sticking with it. Besides the weight loss, my sleep is better my energy is much better. Joint pain is non existent, my labs from my primary doctor from my annual physical were better than its they have been in years. I am a firm believer in you get back what you put in. And if we are honest with ourselves life in general is like that. No, this program is not for everyone, but if you go through the system you will come out healthier for sure. Also my health coach **** is top notch and goes out of her way to help you meet your goals. At a few months from turning 50 I feel like I made a good decision for my health, and I hope to continue using the knowledge I acquired to maintain my good health. Thank you-

  I purchased the Pompa program with test kit last week and then found out they want you to pay many thousands of dollars to actually get the program $12,948 for my *********** Total false advertising. The kit was just a urine test. The 2 people I texted with were very nice but it was never explained beforehand that I was going to have to lay out that much money & no insurance taken. I am very disappointed that I didnt know this 1st & would like a total refund of $264. This is something of a scam to me

  This is a scam. Dont do it!! The test is a scam. Everyones urine will automatically turn a deep pink. They dont list the materials on the. Ox for a reason. The instructions on what to stop taking propane the length time is totally in accurate. Its sad and sickening that they are misleading humans to rip them off. This company should be ashamed. Im asking for my money back and will not continue with the consultation for the 2nd stage. The first consultation was a joke. Dont do it!! And please Pompa dont respond with your generic patronizing responses!!!
