    I placed an order with this company on April 13, 2025 based on their advertised 6-8 week delivery timeframe. That timeline was not met, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing.I reached out on May 7, 2025, and was assured the order was in transit. That turned out to be untrue. On June 2, after following up again, I was told the item was just being shipped to the receiving warehouse but they were "still within their 6-8 week timeframe". Then on June 6, I was informed there were issues with the delivery company and that the order was essentially lost, but no further updates were ever provided--despite promises that they would be.After contacting the delivery company directly, they confirmed they never received the item as of June 10, 2025, and that the claims about delays on their end were inaccurate. At no point was I offered the option to cancel, nor was I asked if I still wanted the item after the significant delay. There was no apology, no explanation, and no offer of a discount or resolution. Deliveright did not receive the order until after the 10 week ***** which is well past the advertised 6-8 delivery timeframe. I eventually filed a chargeback and submitted full documentation to my credit card company, including all emails, chats, and call records. Looking at other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone. I hope this feedback helps improve the company's customer service practices and serves as a warning to others considering placing an order.
